Teachers – workshops

Indigenèse Biotechnologies in collaboration with educators has conducted a number of highly successful workshops and training programs for the benefit of both students and teachers in Hyderabad. We are also able to design specific programs to Meet the requirements of the departments and colleges.

April 2007. On job training program for B. Sc. students. In consultation with the Biotech department (Bhavans New Science College, Kachiguda) we designed and delivered an on-job training program focused on recombinant DNA technology to the entire second year class in our facility (24 students)

October and December 2007.
Certificate course at St. Ann’s College for Women. In collaboration with the Department of Microbiology, we designed and conducted a 10-day basic certificate course in DNA technology for B. Sc. Students. This program was done in two batches - one in the college (October) and one at our facility (December).

April 2008. On Job training program for B.Sc. Students. We conducted a 20-day on job training program focused on DNA finger printing for students from Bhavans New Science College (24 students).

January 2009. Certificate course for students from Vasundhara College. We conducted a 2-day workshop on basic molecular techniques for students from Vasundhara College.

April 2009. On Job training program for B.Sc. students. We conducted an 18-day on job training program focused on protein purification techniques for students from Bhavans New Science College (22 students).

October 2009. Certificate course at St. Ann’s Degree College. In collaboration with the Microbiology department, we conducted an 8-day certificate course on molecular techniques for B.Sc. students (24 students).

October 2009. Workshop on bioinformatics. In collaboration with Bhavans Vivekananda College, we conducted a 5-day workshop on basic bioinformatics for students (9 students).

November 2009 Workshop on advanced molecular techniques. We conducted a 18 day workshop for 26 3rd year B.Tech biotech students from Satyabhama University.

May 2010. On Job training program for B.Sc. students. We conducted an 18-day on job training program focused on molecular biology techniques for students from Bhavans New Science College (16 students).
